We have used Pancham for over a year now since our gym opened, and in the pre-opening phase. Being a first time business owner and having no knowledge of advertising, using them was a no brainer. Our rep, Ingrid, has been instrumental in helping us understand the ins and outs of data, markets and advertising budgets, etc to grow our gym to almost 400 members in the first year of business. I cannot recommend them enough!

Performance Review: Pancham Agency (6-Month Period)
This review evaluates the performance and ROI of Pancham based on a total expenditure of $19,000 ($9,000 agency fees + $10,000 Meta ad spend) over a six-month engagement.
Financial Summary & ROI
* Total Investment: $19,000
* Total Leads: 400+
* Total Trial Conversions: 12
* Total Membership Conversions: 3 ($119/ea)
* Direct Revenue: ~$357 (Memberships) + ~$126 (Trials) = $483
* Net Loss: -$18,517
* Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): 0.02x
Monthly Performance Breakdown
| Month | Ad Spend | Leads | Trials | Memberships | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| August | $2,500 | 0 | 0 | 0 | Zero output during launch. |
| Sept. | $4,000 | 100 | 0 | 0 | High CPL; zero conversion. |
| Oct. | $3,500 | 60 | 2 | 0 | Conversion rate < 1%. |
| Nov. | $3,500 | 65 | 6 | 2 | Peak performance month (still ROI negative). |
| Dec. | $3,500 | 55 | 4 | 0 | Engagement dropped. |
| Jan. | $1,700 | - | 0 | 1 | intentional Reduced ad spend due to inefficiency. |
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost to acquire a single $119 membership was $6,333.33.
* Lead Quality: Despite generating over 400 leads, the lead-to-trial conversion rate sat at 3%, with a lead-to-membership conversion rate of 0.75%.
* Operational Overhead: High internal labor was required for follow-ups, further increasing the effective cost of the campaign.
Critical Deficiencies
* Low Efficiency: The funnel failed to achieve a sustainable "Cost Per Acquisition" (CPA). The expenditure significantly outweighed the front-end revenue and long-term value.
* Service Quality: Call service performance was reported as suboptimal, failing to convert the high volume of leads into tangible trials or memberships.
* Discrepancy in Delivery: There is a significant gap between the initial agency promises and the recorded 6-month data.
Final Verdict
Not Recommended. The engagement resulted in near-total loss of capital ($18.5k+ deficit) and significant time loss. The model proved unsustainable for this business type due to low lead quality and high agency overhead.

Professional Experience with Genuine Integrity

First, we want to thank Adrian for working with us at an exceptionally high level of professionalism. His humor, wit, attention to detail, situational awareness, and business savvy are second to none. We’ve been in this business a long time, and Adrian has been the best partner we’ve worked with to date. You are truly appreciated.While the program itself ultimately wasn’t the right fit for our specific needs, the company honored its guarantee without hesitation. That level of integrity earns our genuine respect as business owners and speaks highly of Pancham as an organization.

Great People To Work With During Startup And Beyond

I had direct contact with the booking team via text while we were going through the initial "go live" process. They were amazing to work with and very upbeat, motivated and willing to make adjustments to fit our needs. What a professional/fun group of people to work with. They have truly helped us grow our business!

Inaccurate Promised Results/Expensive Lead Service

They charges $6000 for 3 mo. instead of monthly like they were supposed to. They couldn’t produce any results. Changed their offer when they knew they couldn’t produce leads they promised, which is a bait and switch. Claimed their sales person didn't give the offer correctly even though it corresponded with the ads they ran. Then kept running the same ad they claimed they changed and the sales person got wrong. Buyer beware! I lost $6000 with this company who promised 50 new members or they work for free and only got me 10 in 4 months.

Solid Marketing and Booking Service for Fitness Studios

We’ve been working with Pancham for the past 18 months at both F45 Ashburn and Cookes Crossing, leveraging their marketing and booking concierge services. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish.Their account management and engagement have been excellent—always proactive in bringing fresh ideas to the table and guiding our marketing efforts to consistently drive quality leads. The team is responsive to questions, professional in every interaction, and truly invested in understanding our businesses at a deep level.What sets them apart is how much they dig in to deliver results, not just surface-level support. Pancham has helped us refine our approach to prospect acquisition and engagement. Recommend them to any business looking for strategic marketing support.

Collaborative and Great Communication

I'm currently working with Pancham and the experience has been great so far. They are very collaborative and intent on finding the best solutions for our studio which includes building on the community atmosphere we already have. Everyone on the team has been great with communicating what the plan is and why they are using a particular approach. They're also very nimble; if something isn't working they adjust quickly. Our CPL has been low and, just a couple weeks in, we've got a lot of fresh faces coming in the studio. My biggest draws to the company are the guarantee as well as the fact that they nurture leads, which is great for a small studio with a limited number of staff like ours. Looking forward to a great, ongoing partnership with them!

Pancham saved my business!

When I first started with Jules from Pancham, I told her that either she be my Angel or executioner. Well she turned out to be my Angel. Before working with Pancham, we couldn’t get leads through the door and I was close to closing up my studio. Jules and the team crafted a great offer, set up a simple system, even for someone not tech savvy like me, And the best thing of all, they reach out with a live person and booked the leads for us!! Since then, we’ve been thriving. I Highly recommend Pancham!!
