A very customer orientated company

The order was dealt with very speedily and arrived the following morning. Unfortunately the carton had torn and some of the bags within had split open: so probably better packing was required. However, when I pointed out the issue B&P immediately offered me a satisfactory resolution. I would definitely buy from them again.

Love the package size!

What I like abt Bold & Pack is that the packages a big size. I go through a lot of seeds and being able to buy a pound or even a kilo of seeds is so convenient. I wld love for them to extend their dried herbs and spice ranges.
