Ordered a box frame direct after seeing what I wanted on ebay. Payment went through ok, and first thing the next morning I had 3 seperate emails confirming the order, sending the invoice, and confirming shipping with a tracking number.In the afternoon I get an email saying my order had been refunded, with no explanation or apology, apparently AFTER my order had been dispatched. I emailed that evening to ask for clarification, and hopefully get an apology, but had no response for the whole of the next day (today), and am still waiting. Good customer service obviously isn't a priority
