Disappointing experience this time

I don't know what's gone wrong recently. My previous orders were excellent, but this time, a box frame I received was poorly made and fell apart when I unwrapped it due to inadequate protection. It was held together by flimsy corner staples, two of which had come loose, which could have been avoided with a bit of glue. The base material was visible through the 'rustic oak' foil at the unfinished edges, indicating a lack of quality control. Fortunately, I received a quick refund.
