Even though my order arrived quickly and product ok, I had an issue with the width of the frame as it is not what was stated in the description of the product. I have sent two queries on their website contact form, but apparently they have not been received even though I received email confirmation of the submission. I have emailed twice, and spoken with customer service once - emails not being answered, was told yesterday they would phone back but they haven't, and now today they have not answered there phone. Very disappointed.
