B and B messed up the order. It didn't ship. I waited and waited. I then called and the CS Rep explained what happened. I wasn't happy. They refunded the charge of course. But, as any first class operation would, they owned up-I received an email with an apology and an offer to ship the order (2 pillows) gratis. Great customer service-I'm now a very loyal B and B customer.
