The replacement is beautiful, and the team’s communication was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I recently purchased a set of sheets. After washing them, I noticed they felt scratchy. I contacted the support team, and they promptly resolved my issue by sending a replacement set. That level of customer service is impressive! I will definitely shop with them again!
Deciding on a star rating was challenging. For the products, I'd award 5 stars. However, the marketing team's incessant daily emails, without an option for less frequent communication, would earn them a negative rating if possible. The same repetitive messages are overwhelming. I've ordered excellent sheet sets twice, but I'm considering trying another option, as long as they are more moderate with their email outreach.
I have purchased many items from Boll and Branch. Never disappointed. But this latest purchase was delivered to an address across the country by UPS. They said they would get back to me in 7 days.In the meantime I reached out to Boll and Branch customer service and within 45 minutes I received a response that they tracked down my order and when I would be receiving it. Very grateful for Good Customer Service.

Not only are Boll and Branch sheets an amazing product but customer service is exceptional. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size fitted sheet. After ordering the correct size I was asked why I made this purchase. I explained the situation including the fact I had opened and thrown away all the packaging. I received a response with a return label without even asking. This is a great company that wants to and will keep customers forever!
