I have contacted Bollinger for a quote, the whole process has been simply great, the care, the professionalism and the amazing customer service I had talking with Anita has been simply fabulous. I will recommend this company for the great kindness and availability in answering all my queries so far. In case I move forward with my options (which have nothing to do with Bolliger), I will leave another review to thank the whole team again. So far it has been a really reassuring, safe, and excellent process. Thanks to the team and particularly to Anita.
They should definitely speak with each other cause I think there is a problem on comunication or I have to think they do that on purpose. We got quoted for 3.900, for all of our stuff including forniture. The week before they came we ask them if we could add 4 boxes and they agreed, at the when our stuff was already with them they told us that we had to give 5000 instead cause of extra things we add, when we actually told them that we only add 4 boxes how was possible that price increase that much they said we add mattress which wasn’t included. Even after explain to the lady that we did a video call and we show everything she explain to us that the price that they give you is an estimation not final price as they have to see how much space your stuff take in van. Okay, and how am I suppose to know this?????after addressing to lady over email she “threatened” that if we wouldnt make the payment she would have not arrange delivery Don’t believe them , they give you price then charge you for way more thinking people are stupid. Also they didn’t manage with care my stuff they put a seat of sofà on top of my table and they Break it , i mean is common sence you don’t put a sofà on top of table, without obviously counting the boxes with fragile item , all got broken. AWFUL SERVICE, SCAMMING PEOPLE, just go for something cheaper you will have same treatment.
We recently moved back from London to Italy and decided to use Bolliger, which we happened to see on some Instagram ads years ago (so I decided to save the name of the company back then).The staff is really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process (packing fragile items, shipping updates). They also made sure that our good would arrive on a specific week we requested. Overall amazing experience and couldn't recommend more!
The overall experience was excellent.All the people involved from the office workers to the movers were extremely professional and competent.I was guided and informed through all the stages of the process, and whenever I had a question the support personnel quickly answered me.All went as planned.
