Avoid this company entirely

I strongly advise against working for this company as they mistreat their employees and use tactics to withhold entitled funds. After my surgery in July 2025, I was home for two weeks but they refused to pay my sick leave. They sent an unqualified doctor who falsely claimed I wasn’t at home, despite my presence. They didn’t even consider scheduling another visit to verify my condition. This is the second time they have denied my rights. Their practices are shameful. If I could, I would give them a -1.

Avoid this company at all costs

I strongly advise against working for this company as they mistreat their employees and use tactics to withhold rightful payments. I initially thought my doorbell was faulty, but it worked perfectly. They didn’t even consider scheduling another visit to verify my situation. This is the second time they have denied my rights, previously during my illness with COVID. Their practices are shameful. If I could, I would give them a -1.

Disappointing experience as an employee

As an employee, my experience with this company was the worst I've ever had. I joined because of the appealing promises, like work only in my area and reimbursement for transport. However, these turned out to be empty promises. When I struggled to find my way, I became an enemy for expressing my dissatisfaction. I faced issues with customers who were informed I was banned from work, which happened twice. Ultimately, I ended up with less pay, as my salary was not fully given.

Terrible service experience

The service was abysmal. They fail to notify you when cleaners don’t show up and provide no replacements. Customer service is lacking and management is poor. They send invoices even when the job isn’t done. I recommend avoiding this company as there are many better cleaning services available.

Scandalous customer experience

My experience with this company was terrible. We were assigned two cleaning assistants, neither of whom performed adequately. The first assistant barely did any work, and the second one arrived late and was unprofessional. After several issues, we decided to terminate our arrangement, but they insisted on sending someone again despite our clear communication. We received bills for services we did not want, and their customer service was dismissive and rude. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.

Quick response and good service

I requested a cleaning service and was contacted promptly. So far, the housekeeper has done a great job, and the office manager has been very polite. I hope this positive experience continues.

Lack of respect for customers

- intrusive messages and newsletters - Difficult to reach by phone - They change your assigned employee without warning, even if you express satisfaction - Unfriendly staff treating customers poorly - They charge for four weeks even if you end the service due to job loss. If you want genuine service, avoid this company.

Awful service experience

We had a terrible experience with their service. Our house was not cleaned properly, and some items were damaged during the process. Their customer service is horrendous; they never answer calls. Despite multiple attempts to cancel our agreement, they continue to charge us.
