Booked a trip 3 days in advance in a fairly quiet area in the alps at 6 AM. A driver accepted and we checked the night before that all was okay and we knew the drivers name etc. We were waiting for him in the morning and he cancelled on us whilst we were on the side of the road. This ruined our travel plans, caused a lot of stress trying to find another driver for 3 hours and we nearly missed our flight. No apologies from Bolt customer service, just a statement to say we had booked a few days ago and this was now out of any window for complaint and would not respond.
