End up I need to go get bts. But grip also not working on the same time as well.
Some driver was good some wait other side of the road? Not sure is anything system can help make it more noticeable for driver yo know or what can do to help? Maybe should ask the driver? Some drop me off 2 min walk away as well...

Booked taxi to arrive outside Aldi, where there are parking bays. Driver arrived within 5 to 10 minutes, pulled into the bay and within seconds just drove off and cancelled the ride. I called customer services who took ages getting me through their security questions and did absolutely nothing to help. Won't be using them again.

I booked a bolt ride from Juja and the driver arrived in about 10 minutes which was faster than i expected.He did not greet me though he was polite ,the car was clean and well maintained ,the air conditioning was also not very strong .The ride was smooth and the driver followed traffic rules throuhout .Overall,it was a comfortable and also affordable experience .But to make it perfect the driver should create good rapport

I basically suffer from MS ( multiple sclerosis) I can’t walk long distance am not even supposed to leave my house because of my disability I called a bolt taxi the journey was for me to go to the pharmacy and go back home immediately, the taxi left me in the pharmacy I was standing up in front of the pharmacy for long looking for him and I had to call another taxi and the bolt support gave me £2 bolt balance! I have a video and my medical records but they decided to ignore all of that and give me £2 bolt balance! The first ride was £8 and something and the second one I got was £7 and I get £2 bolt balance!??? What’s this honstly I know the rider left because I was recording because he dropped me off in another place and asked me to go but go where!? Then he dropped me by the pharmacy and left !

I have had a terrifying experience with a Bolt Taxi in Berlin. I am elderly, do not speak German well and am unwell after a recent operation. My home address is stored in my Bolt app. As usual I booked a Bolt Taxi back to my home address but in fact I was taken to a remote part of Berlin with a similar name. Unfortunately the driver was aggressive and abusive and thew me off his taxi in the middle of nowhere. I have ended up paying more than twice the normal fare and Bolt have offered me a ludicrous €2 refund. I was previously very happy with Bolt but you really should judge a service by what happens when things go wrong.

Always smelly cars with grumpy drivers . I ordered one recently & more than 10 drivers cancelled on me after making me wait for over an hour and half in the street at midnight being harassed by drunk men walking around . I complained specially at those drivers whom cancelled after 10-15 minutes of making me wait . Bolt never bothered. Also they took money for all those trips & not refunding it saying I should wait for 14 days & still nothing got refunded. Endless excuses with the same answer. Disappointed at the service.

Worst service - drivers don’t like kids getting into the car, they get annoyed. GPS system is worst, you type the correct address but it will take what it wants to and you have to walk 1 mile to get the cab in rain, snow and wind wondering why we booked the cab. I’m not sure what is with the drivers they don’t like rides with kids they get annoyed as thou they want 3 year old to sit like a rock without talking, shaking legs. I would suggest such drivers to polish and park the car in garage why would you take the car outside? Customer service is top notch all they say is ‘rest assured’ everytime you complain about drivers behavior. It sounded like rest in peace we don’t care about passengers safety.

No matter in what country one tries to use Bolt, book a journey, get charged ahead for some reason and then the game starts, driver accepted journey.... Waiting, waiting, he's coming.... Cancelled... Looking for another driver.... And that over and over and over and over again.... Vietnam, Thailand and worse of it all London here's where they are ruthless, 9 consecutive driver drop outs/cancellation whilst waiting... App Deleted as it is totally useless to give this level of freedom to drivers.

Yesterday me and my family waited almost one hour for Bolt in the cold, which never came at the end , every single driver that was on the way cancelled when it was getting closer , like that’s ridiculous and such a poor service!!!!
