Couriers can leave your food at the door without handing it to you — and if it gets stolen, it’s your problem. You might receive a dish with an allergen not listed in the menu, and support will just say “that’s normal,” claiming the restaurant has the right to do so and that photos are for illustration only.It’s absurd.
