Customer support does not exist. I bought a lathe and needed help wiring it to 220v, but received no response. The speed range label was incorrect, and my request for a replacement was met with laughter. After a year, the compound screw broke, and I've been waiting two years for a replacement. Recently, the switch broke, and when I called, the representative struggled with English, and the part wasn't even listed in their schematics. A week later, still no follow-up. If you're not skilled with electrical work, do yourself a favor and invest in a quality machine with good customer service.
