I placed an order with Bombay Stores on 11th November. They admitted they could not supply the full piece of material and promised an immediate refund. Weeks later, no refund has been issued. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, there has been zero response. Their customer service is non‑existent, and their published refund policy has been ignored. I have now had to escalate this through my bank as suspected fraud. This is unacceptable. Taking money, failing to deliver goods, refusing to communicate, and withholding refunds is disgraceful. Customers deserve honesty and accountability — not silence and suspicion. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
