The actual products being sold are good value for money. I bought some fabric and was quite happy with it.Unfortunately, something was missing from my order. I have been trying to get hold of somebody for weeks. I managed to get through on the phone once, but my call was never returned. I tried all the email addresses on the website and the web form - all of them bounced back. I'm pretty angry because I don't have the product and I don't have a way of getting a refund, it seems. It's a shame because I bought fabric from them at the handmade festival and thought I'd give them a try online. This needs sorting out because it's not fair on customers who trust you to send them their order.
