I ordered 4 bras and they were all far too small - useless. Their reply to my email was written in very bad English. I was told to return them. I have zero confidence they would honor their side of the deal and send the correct size. Like so many online businesses advertising on YouTube - they have a website based in the US and sound very convincing in their videos, but they operate out of a warehouse in China and there is no customer care or follow up.
