If I could put zero stars, I would put zero stars. I’m absolutely furious. I ordered some of their panties a four pack after waiting what seemed like absolutely forever. I was notified that they were delivered and mind you I was charged from my account two months prior well they were never delivered. I cannot find a phone number. I cannot find an email. The only thing I know to do at this point is just dispute it with my bank. I will never do business with this company again run don’t walk as fast as you can from this. I will never trust a company again that you can’t even get in touch with a robot.

Please save your money this company will screw you over and over....... They said my delivery was around sent to some PO box instead of my direct address like all my other deliveries again I've sent in another order hasn't come I'm tired of getting scammed with all these companies they say so many things you're ordering around it's never on the way center appeal by box while I do not order from this company ever... Now after complaining they say my order was delivered to an individual and not even stayed in my address they're so full of them

Normally, before I place an order for a product online I check Trust pilot and others. I did not do it this time. So, I have the same complaint. A tracking no. that is not recognized, no response to when will you ship, etc. I learned my lesson. I would not even give a 1-star except you cannot write a review. Shame on this company. But Karma still exists.

"posture" bra wasn't what the images or description said. Videos of the product show a different bra and the ones received were thin and flimsy, certainly not a posture bra. Unwearable. Sizing totally wrong, the 3XL wouldn't even fit an A cup. Took so long to arrive. Complete garbage and a waste of money, the the website reviews of 5 stars are obviously fake after seeing their product.

One star is too good. I ordered Jan 25; received an email that it was shipped; the tracking number didn’t work (said abnormal request). Received an email asking for my level of satisfaction. I responded that I had not yet received it. I have not received a response from the company. I tried calling their customer service phone number; I received an automatic message which said the number is not in service. I still have not received my paid-for purchased product; it is now February 24.

1 Star – This Feels Like a Scam: Order Never Delivered, Invalid Tracking, No Accountability

If I could give this company a negative score I would.
I placed an order on February 2, 2026. Weeks passed with no product, no working tracking information, and no meaningful communication from customer service.
After requesting cancellation due to non-delivery, I was sent yet another tracking number that does not work. Attempting to track the package results in an error message. Repeatedly providing invalid tracking numbers while continuing to hold a customer’s payment raises serious concerns.
I said that this “feels like” a scam because I am choosing my words carefully — not because this experience inspires confidence. I want this truthful review to remain published, which is why I am sticking strictly to the documented facts of what occurred.
Those facts are simple:
• I paid for a product.
• The product was not delivered.
• The tracking numbers provided do not work.
• My cancellation request was not handled appropriately.
There is no reasonable explanation for this delay or the lack of transparency. Based on my experience, this operation appears deceptive and unreliable.
If my refund is not processed promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Where were all of these reviews before I ordered? I came & looked for reviews. There was one about slow shipping which I'm accustomed that.
Yes it took a while for my order to get to me. They were wanting me to do a review before I even received the goods.
But what I got wasn't what I was expecting. Flimsy material, nothing like what was shown. And ill fitting for a bra. Support nothing like it was supposed to be.
Now I find the phone number disconnected. That's definitely not a good sign. So I sent an email. I'll have to wait & see if they answer. From the reviews here it looks like I'll be holding my breath.
So do yourself a favor and save your money for some where else, don't waste it @ Bombonds.com.

I ordered a bra and my credit card was charged. Then it was charged again for a bra and some flash sale item I didn't order. I wrote them right away to cancel the fraudulent purchase and no reply. Sent another a few days later, no reply. Sent one again when it confirmed shipment. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. The bra itself doesn't even look like the ads and doesn't fit properly at all.
