Ordered a table and chairs in Dec 25. Was also told a 6-8 week delivery. Heard nothing. Chased numerous times. Received one short rude reply via email, then back to nothing, then after numerous attempts at phoning their number, finally spoke to someone with a French accent, claiming they had supply issues, and to email yet another address where I would get an update (I did not). Days after being on the phone with this person, I received a letter saying the company is going into insolvency... It looks like they knew they couldn't fulfil my order when they took my money. It was thousands of pounds. I'm devastated. Even more shocking, their website seems to still be up and running. This is criminal behaviour.
