After visiting the showroom we placed an order in June. We were given a delivery date of 6-8 weeks, but warned that there may be a delay due to the August holiday shutdown in Italy.Little did we know that we’d get to the Christmas shutdown….and 26 weeks on still no sign of our order arriving.During that time customer service has been entirely re-active, sometimes taking several attempts before getting any response at all. And we’ve simply had a series of excuses and broken promises.Having had no response to our request for a refund we’ve now had to resort to seeking that refund through our credit card company. Quite simply the worst retail experience we’ve ever had.
