We ordered a fold-up bed delivered last year. The delivery was incomplete (the base unit had been delivered to the wrong address).We installed the bed, although the instructions were very poor. We then discovered a significant crack on the inside of the base panel. I have been emailing BonBon since August last year and received no responses. I tried to call several times but there is never an answer – and no response to voicemails. At the end of May, I emailed to say I intended to comment on TrustPilot – they finally responded to say I would have to pay the cost of any replacement panel; they still failed to provide any warranty details.BonBon’s customer service over the 9 months since the issues were first raised has been non-existent.
