I have had bond touch bracelets since the original, and never had to use the warranty until now, so I was nervous about reaching out. But they were incredibly understanding and attentive to my issue! I had a bond 4 bracelet for a little under a year and the sensor was becoming overly sensitive so they sent me a replacement, and the replacement made a rattling noise for some reason. So they sent me ANOTHER replacement. Very wonderful and kind service, very quick to fix the problem!
