My girlfriend loves them!! Connecting them/setting them up was easy. The touch sensor has been responsive and has given no issues. One thing we both agreed on is that having different band styles and materials would be nice!! But so far we haven’t had an issue with them falling off or clasp issues! 10/10 experience 🤗. I have had bond touch bracelets since the original, and never had to use the warranty until now, so I was nervous about reaching out. But they were incredibly understanding and attentive to my issue! I had a bond 4 bracelet for a little under a year and the sensor was becoming overly sensitive so they sent me a replacement, and the replacement made a rattling noise for some reason. So they sent me ANOTHER replacement. Very wonderful and kind service, very quick to fix the problem!
I LOVE the product. The problem is that I never received a ship date. My friend got her bracelet, and I never even got a shipment notification. It was a pre-order; but when I purchased my bond,not did not have a shipping date. I emailed bond, and dealt with Laura, in Lisbon? She signed her emails Laura, Lisbon. SHE is a rock star. Answered all my questions swiftly and professionally. Please let her know she is appreciated! I did finally receive my watch; whatever carrier delivered it was a day late.
Please make a better bracelet for bond 4. It’s such a great project but the bracelet is literally from the dollar store I work in a constantly active job. And have lost the bracelet and had it missing many timesIt’s just so unfortunate because now I don’t have a way to use bond touch
I love my bond touch. I'm autistic and I find that holding my heart in my hands and feeling the heart beat calms me. They do take a little bit of getting used to and I found setting it up a bit stressful because it takes a while to work but once it does it's just perfect and over recommended one to lots of people
