I bought two for a deployment. Once received only one worked. I contacted customer service and was given a list of possible ways to fix the issue. None of them worked. I emailed two more times asking for a return label so I could get another one that worked before I left. Still haven't received a label or a email back. Ended up having to buy one off of Ebay to make sure I had one in time.
