This firm seems to be run by inexperienced individuals. If you're in a hurry to complete, I would not recommend them. Our completion was delayed by 8 weeks, and they do not take matters seriously. I’ve personally supported new startups, but only if they are committed. They wasted so much of our time that we nearly lost the property. Unfortunately, they seem to lack the necessary expertise.
