This firm seems to be run by inexperienced individuals. If you're in a hurry to complete, I would not recommend them. Our completion was delayed by 8 weeks, and they do not take matters seriously. I’ve personally supported new startups, but only if they are committed. They wasted so much of our time that we nearly lost the property. Unfortunately, they seem to lack the necessary expertise.
I had a decent beginning, but after being told the case was in a simple 'wait and see' phase, they unexpectedly requested more money. The additional charges were for trivial tasks like internal admin and 'file reviews.' It felt like a last-minute attempt to extract more funds after the case was already resolved in my favor.
Absolutely unacceptable handling of my transaction, which has reached an intolerable state due to this company's delays, poor communication, and lack of professional competence. An offer on my flat was accepted in mid-April, and we are now approaching 9-10 months with no exchange or completion in sight. The service has been unprofessional, and I have repeatedly been left without substantive responses despite numerous follow-ups. I will be escalating this complaint formally.
