Absolutely unacceptable handling of my transaction, which has reached an intolerable state due to this company's delays, poor communication, and lack of professional competence. An offer on my flat was accepted in mid-April, and we are now approaching 9-10 months with no exchange or completion in sight. The service has been unprofessional, and I have repeatedly been left without substantive responses despite numerous follow-ups. I will be escalating this complaint formally.
