I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order... I bought a coat for £69.99. When it arrived, the quality was terrible and it was too large. I’ve had better from second-hand sales. They offered me a 10% refund and to keep the coat, then a 20% refund, but I insisted on a full refund. Eventually, they provided an address to return it to, but it would cost £28 to send back, plus a £10 admin fee. In the end, I accepted a 30% refund, which amounted to £21. Please do not order from them and risk being scammed—I thought my order was coming from a local area, but it was from overseas.
