The images depict beautiful products, but what you receive is far from that! I can’t bear to use the dish cloth they sent; it’s just too embarrassing. It’s utterly disgraceful that they continue to operate this way! We need to stop these scammers from taking our money!

There’s no return policy other than sending items back to an address abroad. They often return unopened! Beware of these businesses that frequently change their names.
I ordered from a source that claimed to be local. It’s a complete scam; please do not buy anything. You will wait a long time for shipping from overseas, and when the items arrive, they are clearly subpar or worse. Once you receive the goods, there’s no further contact, and they ignore emails with no other contact details.
I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order... I bought a coat for £69.99. When it arrived, the quality was terrible and it was too large. I’ve had better from second-hand sales. They offered me a 10% refund and to keep the coat, then a 20% refund, but I insisted on a full refund. Eventually, they provided an address to return it to, but it would cost £28 to send back, plus a £10 admin fee. In the end, I accepted a 30% refund, which amounted to £21. Please do not order from them and risk being scammed—I thought my order was coming from a local area, but it was from overseas.
