I had a very disappointing experience with this service. We hired them for a bond clean, but the property failed the final inspection due to clear issues like dirty windows and oil on the stove. I had informed them of the inspection date in advance and was assured that any problems would be addressed. When I raised concerns, they hid behind a '7-day guarantee' and demanded an additional fee to fix their own mistakes. This is not how a professional cleaning service should operate. A bond clean should be ready for inspection, and verbal commitments should be honored. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability or accountability.
