Where to even start.
Was quoted 650 dollars for a 2 bed 1 bathroom bond clean. The cleaner arrived and I left them to get on with their day.
My phone then receives call after call which I couldn’t answer as was on the motorway with no hand free. They had upped the rate to 1000 dollars. Because the original quote didn’t include fridge cleaning and oven cleaning etc. What kind of end of bond cleaning doesn’t include these items?
Anyways the cleaner sat stationary in the apartment until I pulled over and paid 350 dollars more. The person we dealt with on the phone was rude as also.
I told the cleaner to give me 30 minutes notice of completion so I could know when to head home. Was 8pm and 2 of my unanswered phone calls later when they said we can return. Also requested to leave the door open for us as we were taking the keys back to the rental agency. He locked the door.
Absolutely terrible experience from the get go. Would recommend everyone avoids at all costs.
Arrived late and demanded an extra $340 on top of the agreed quote, giving us 10 minutes to pay or they’d leave (and charge a $300+ cancellation fee). With handover the next day and no time to rebook, we reluctantly paid.
That evening, our lovely Property Manager inspected the property on our behalf - finding multiple areas untouched, carpets left damp and smelling, and cleaning products/rubbish left behind. Two men returned claiming the original cleaner had left early due to a headache (no one had informed us). Our Property Manager reported one of the men spoke to her in a very aggressive and intimidating manner and insisted on keeping the keys overnight (which she of course declined). They said they’d return the next morning - no one did.
After multiple calls to chase them up, we were told to send a list of outstanding items and that they’d come back on the 30th (the clean was booked for the 28th, with handover already due). At this point we had no choice but to organise additional cleaning to meet the deadline.
A partial refund was requested (a very reasonable compromise, in my opinion). Bank details were provided. No refund was processed. The case is now with QCAT.
These people are criminal grifters. Turned up almost 90 minutes late for a prepaid bond clean of a Teneriffe wool store apartment, waited until my wife had left the apartment to call and demand an additional $990 for a total of almost 2k. The office staff screamed at my wife down the phone for refusing to be extorted. Avoid this outfit, terrible, dishonest people who guaranteed will attempt to rip you off. Their quotes cannot be trusted. There is nothing unusual about the apartment at all, and zero justification for their bullying demands.

Cleaner turned up and then disappeared for 4 hours. Numerous calls to get him back. Returned 4 hrs late to complete job.
Guarantee return if bond not returned, following inspection needed them to return to clean carpet. Never contacted realestate to get keys after 1 week. Had to arrange a professional carpet cleaner to fix.

After the real estate agent found issues, I requested a re-clean, and they confirmed via email that it had been done. However, this turned out to be false. The agent confirmed the property was locked, keys weren't collected, and the re-clean did not occur. Consequently, I had to hire another cleaner at my own expense to meet bond requirements. It's concerning that a service was confirmed in writing when it never happened. I would advise others to be cautious regarding the re-clean guarantee.

I arranged a clean with this service, but they arrived late and the situation deteriorated from there. Mid-clean, they asked for an extra payment for mold removal, which I paid without evidence. When I arrived and asked the cleaners about the mold, they were unaware of it. I had to point out areas they missed, and when I contacted their office, I was told to send a report within 24 hours for follow-up. The photos they provided to prove the cleaning was done showed it was not done properly. I do not recommend this service.
