We hired this service for a bond clean and were quoted a specific amount. On the day of the clean, they demanded an extra fee, claiming the bathroom was 'extra dirty,' and threatened to cancel the clean if we didn’t pay. We never agreed to any additional charges, and the original quote did not allow for this. This seems misleading and unfair under consumer law. We are seeking investigation and assistance to recover the overcharged amount.
