I hired this service for an end-of-lease bond clean, which included a re-clean guarantee in writing. After the real estate agent found issues, I requested a re-clean, and they confirmed via email that it had been done. However, this turned out to be false. The agent confirmed the property was locked, keys weren't collected, and the re-clean did not occur. Consequently, I had to hire another cleaner at my own expense to meet bond requirements. It's concerning that a service was confirmed in writing when it never happened. I would advise others to be cautious regarding the re-clean guarantee.
