When I raised concerns, they tried to hide behind a '7-day guarantee' and then asked for an additional $180 to correct their own poor work. This is not the standard expected from a professional bond cleaning service. A bond clean should be ready for inspection, and honoring verbal commitments is crucial. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking peace of mind or responsibility. Proceed with caution.
