Turned up almost 90 minutes late for a prepaid bond clean of a Teneriffe wool store apartment, waited until my wife had left the apartment to call and demand an additional $990 for a total of almost 2k. The office staff screamed at my wife down the phone for refusing to be extorted. Avoid this outfit, terrible, dishonest people who guaranteed will attempt to rip you off. Their quotes cannot be trusted. There is nothing unusual about the apartment at all, and zero justification for their bullying demands.
