Ordered a dress from this scam company who pretend to be based in Australia. All their clothes are made in Asia and are cheap copies from the photos advertised. The fabric, colours and style features do not even correctly match the product advertised and the only way to get your money back is by contacting you bank and disputing the transaction. BondiBoutique will continue and send you sympathetic emails, saying they will work with you to get you a good resolution. They will explain that it will cost you $80 to send the item back and then it has to be verified before receiving a refund. If it gets lost in transit bad luck. No refund. So instead, they will offer you a 15% refund initially, then a 25% refund and then a 35% refund. None of which they will follow through with. They say you can keep the dress and give as a gift to someone, lol! Can be used as a rag but I'l be throwing it in the bin as I don't want the reminder from this scam company. They need to be reported to Fair Trade Australia as the company keeps trading on and scamming people. What I don't understand is that the parcels have a Sender address from within Australia.
