I have a BONGO cheque still valid but I cannot activate my card. The error message is: "Une erreur inattendue est survenue"I contacted Bongo and they opened a dossier for me in order to solve the issue. They notified me to answer in three days but 18 days passed and no answer from them. I contacted them again and all what they said continuously was: "Thank you for your patience and for trying different solutions. I understand that you're still facing issues with registering your Bongo cheque despite entering the cheque number correctly and trying different browsers. Unfortunately, there isn't specific guidance available in the current resources to resolve this error directly. However, ensuring that your internet connection is stable and clearing your browser cache might help.
