I have a BONGO cheque still valid but I cannot activate my card. The error message is: "Une erreur inattendue est survenue"

I contacted Bongo and they opened a dossier for me in order to solve the issue. They notified me to answer in three days but 18 days passed and no answer from them. I contacted them again and all what they said continuously was: "

I understand that you're still facing issues with registering your Bongo cheque despite entering the cheque number correctly and trying different browsers. Unfortunately, there isn't specific guidance available in the current resources to resolve this error directly. However, ensuring that your internet connection is stable and clearing your browser cache might help. If the problem persists, please let me know, and I'll do my best to assist you further"

They do not respond to emails

They do not respond to emails. The Tracking is the worst. My parcel showed it was out for delivery and I waited since the morning but it was never delivered. The parcel was only delivered the following afternoon. This was in Welkom Free State. This was the second time that this happened. The worst of the worst service.

Total waste of money and time

Almost nothing without adding another fee,starting at 25 euro.Then when you decide to take it anyway adding the 25 euros,it disappears and when you search again its not available anymore.The website is like a scam one.Takes ages,no way to find the things searching by the city..You ask Lille,France for exemple, you've got airport charelroi hotels.I never give a bongo to my friends but sometime they give one to me. Its a malediction the time you spent and the stress it creates,this company, i predict will not be there anymore in 5 years...Moreover,since i couldn't pay what i choose : it says there is a problem for the moment,please try later', i went to the add pages and i've chosen 'orders and payments'- i was redirected to italian help page of Vivabox..very probably Bongo are the same company with different brand names,but forwarding link not being a Bongo one and not in French,that dimonstrate the seriousity of this so called 'company'

Best RC company PERIOD!

Placed an order for $300 plus every month for the past 3 months. I always receive a few samples of other products with every order. But with my last order they tossed in a entire bottle of Norflurazepam to try. Very happy with my experience with every order will continue to do business. Best RC vendor I've ever dealt with.

1/28/22I've been a Bongo customer for nearly a year. I don't wanna say too much because I need people to know how genuine I am. I love Bongo. I love the guys who run it, Bongo and Mr T. We talk about everything. I KNOW that when either one says they'll do something, they do it. They are responsive, respectful, and extremely kind. Any small mistakes that have ever been made, they correct them IMMEDIATELY! They are good people who treat every customer with kindness, friendliness and go far and beyond professionalism. What other company do you know where the owners ask how certain things in your life are going? They have NEVER let me down. So I give Bongo.com 5 outta 5 all day. Best products, on point shipping and just AMAZING customer service. I'm SO glad I found them. They are the best. Fact. Very Sincerely,Will M. Boston Mass.

scratch that its been 2 monthes there…

scratch that its been 2 monthes there customer service wont answer thay basicslly gave me a btvc address made an order and scammed me or somthing bongo was great now im seriously dissapointed they would do this.
