1/28/22I've been a Bongo customer for nearly a year. I don't wanna say too much because I need people to know how genuine I am. I love Bongo. I love the guys who run it, Bongo and Mr T. We talk about everything. I KNOW that when either one says they'll do something, they do it. They are responsive, respectful, and extremely kind. Any small mistakes that have ever been made, they correct them IMMEDIATELY! They are good people who treat every customer with kindness, friendliness and go far and beyond professionalism. What other company do you know where the owners ask how certain things in your life are going? They have NEVER let me down. So I give Bongo.com 5 outta 5 all day.
