I have had an extremely frustrating experience with bOnline.
I originally contacted their support team to cancel my service after they added an additional £1.50 charge to my account without my consent. Despite explaining this to them, I have since been contacted multiple times a day with calls and text messages demanding payment.
The amount they claim I owe also appears to have changed without any clear explanation. It started at £33.66 and then suddenly increased to £63.66, which does not appear to add up correctly. The messages I’ve received have an unnecessarily aggressive tone and threaten additional late fees, debt collection, and court action if payment is not made immediately.
Repeated daily contact over a disputed amount is excessive and very unprofessional. Instead of properly addressing the issue or providing a clear breakdown of the charges, the approach has been to pressure for payment.
I have now formally disputed the charges and requested that all communication be in writing. If this continues without proper clarification, I will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards and the relevant regulators.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to review their bills carefully and keep records of all communications, and do not recommend this provider.
