Review Time
We cancelled our services due to technical issues on their side. Despite this, and despite repeatedly asking to be removed from all cold-calling and contact lists, they have continued to contact us. This has happened multiple times, even after clear requests to stop.
When I tried to raise a formal complaint, I was passed around the complaints department with no one taking ownership. No one even asked for any details before placing me on hold — and then the call was simply disconnected. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
This ongoing contact now feels like badgering rather than professional follow-up. When a customer cancels and explicitly asks not to be contacted again, that request should be respected immediately.
As this has not been handled appropriately, I will now be escalating the matter to the Communications Ombudsman.
Very disappointing experience.
Despite their public reply saying someone would personally be in touch, no one has called me. Again — no follow-up.
I tried to fix the voicemail issue myself using the instructions provided, and it still doesn’t work properly. The system does not function as promised, and when you call for support, you’re told someone will call you back because the technician “needs to check” — which usually means they don’t actually know how to fix it. That callback rarely happens.
There is effectively no real customer service apart from replying to reviews to make it look like they care. Behind the scenes, nothing gets resolved.
We also discussed the price increase and agreed it would be reduced — that never happened either. More empty promises.
At this point, it feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. The system doesn’t work as advertised, support is poor, and communication is unreliable. That says everything.
A small update. Despite asking several times not to contact me out of hours on my private mobile and to use the business contact number instead, this is still happening.
I have asked again for a proper call to resolve the issue, but it seems there is more concern about replying to my review than actually solving the problem.
Been with Bonline 7 months can not fault them, if they remain true and there customer service for me remains the way it is I won’t go no where else, at this point I have no problem but to give them 10 stars if I could, unlike the worst company BT who had to pay me £1057 compensation you didn’t expect that did you BT Ahh the good old recording phones works both ways 🤣🤣
I called for help with several issues. I was told they couldn’t deal with it immediately but would look into it and call me back — they never did. No follow-up, no update, nothing.
On top of that, they changed my automated message to something that doesn’t even work properly and doesn’t allow me to say my company name, which is completely unacceptable for a business booking system.
Overall, nothing works as it should, support is poor, and it genuinely feels like they don’t care once you’re signed up. To make matters worse, they increased the price without informing me.
Very frustrating experience and not a service I would recommend.
