I had a fantastic experience purchasing new glasses at Bon Look! The prices were very reasonable and there are three tiers, depending on your prescription, but starting at $150 which includes the frames and lenses. I liked that there were no surprises! The lenses also include anti glare and anti scratch coatings which is a fantastic deal! They had a variety of modern and stylish frames in different shapes, sizes and colours. The frames have a numbered system based on their measurements so you easily know what size to choose (for example, the frames for smaller and narrower faces would be a 1 or 2 and the larger frames would be rated a 4 or 5). This made it so easy to find the frames that would fit my face without trying so many on to find out! Because of COVID, I booked an appointment online to shop for glasses in the store. When I arrived, a friendly staff member went over the procedures and typical COVID questions. A mask is required to enter. Once inside, I had a personalized shopping experience and was the only one in the store. One of the staff, Lindsay, helped me choose frames and gave me her opinion of what looked best. She was very easy going, knowledgeable and friendly and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all during the process. When I decided which pairs I wanted (I chose the Imagine and Unique frames), the optician made some measurements on the frames and I completed the purchase. I was informed that the frames and lenses have a one year warranty. After doing some more research on this company, I also love that the frames are designed and made in Canada! Great way to support local. I will update review once I have received my glasses to add more information! Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Bon Look to anyone looking for modern and well-priced glasses!
