Unfortunately, the package arrived in just 1.5 business days and went directly to the recipient, completely ruining the surprise. I recognize that shipping times can vary, but this was far beyond the timeframe advertised. I reached out to the company about this issue but did not receive any response. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the inaccurate delivery estimate and the lack of customer support, which significantly affected my experience.
