I ordered a birthday gift and relied on the delivery estimate provided at checkout (5–8 business days) to plan the surprise. Unfortunately, the package arrived in only 1.5 business days and went straight to the recipient, ruining the surprise completely. While I understand that shipping times can fluctuate, this was well beyond the timeframe advertised. I reached out to the service regarding this issue but received no response. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the misleading delivery estimate and the absence of customer support, which greatly impacted my experience.

I bought the Holiday Advent Calendar with Jelly and Honey as a Christmas gift for my elderly parents. They began opening it on December 1st and have been calling me with the flavors each day. They are now on day 7 and have enjoyed every jar so far. I asked if any of them could be used as a marinade or glaze for chicken or ham, but my mother said they are too good for that. They also mentioned wishing the jars were a bit larger. They used the Caramel Apple Cinnamon on pancakes and loved it. This has been one of the best gifts for them. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product.
I usually enjoy the company's products, but I was let down by the chocolate pots. It had the consistency of cold runny blancmange, which was not what I expected at all. I thought it would be more like cold chocolate custard. I didn't enjoy it and will stick to the ones I like in the future.
The advent calendar is really lovely, well presented, and arrived in just 48 hours. I haven't opened it yet, but it contains a wonderful variety of flavors I didn't know existed, plus a free large jar of hazelnut spread—yum! We should all support businesses more by ordering directly, in my opinion.
The website was very user-friendly, and the checkout process was simple. The selection of products is fantastic, and the offer of free shipping with a minimum purchase is great. When my package arrived, it was extremely well packaged and presented.
