I used to love Bonne Maman’s compotes. Sadly the quality has deteriorated. The peach one tastes as though the fruit had started rotting before it was cooked, the apricot one is runnier than it used to be and the rhubarb one has been unavailable for months. They seem to be focussing on little dessert pots which are very expensive and so probably more lucrative for them. Disappointing.
