I ordered a birthday gift and relied on the delivery estimate provided at checkout (5–8 business days) to plan the surprise. Unfortunately, the package arrived in only 1.5 business days and went straight to the recipient, ruining the surprise completely. While I understand that shipping times can fluctuate, this was well beyond the timeframe advertised. I reached out to the service regarding this issue but received no response. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the misleading delivery estimate and the absence of customer support, which greatly impacted my experience.
