Bonobos has the worst customer service. We ordered a digital gift card for our son’s birthday. Their site states that the gift card will be sent same day. It’s now 4 days later and no card was sent. We not only missed having a gift for our son’s birthday but haven’t been able to speak to anyone about the delay either through email, phone or text!!!! They DID charge our credit card which I will attempt to cancel the sale. I will NEVER do business with them again! Terrible buisness practice
