There is nothing good that I can say about Bonobos. I purchased 2 of their everyday oxford cloth shirts which were misrepresented in their descriptions on the website. The shirts were not traditional oxford cloth and the construction and quality of the shirts were poor. When I contacted them to return the shirts they argued with me. They agreed that the shirts were misrepresented, but instead of refunding my money they gave me a credit. So I wouldn't lose my money I purchased 2 pair of their weekday warrior dress pants. For the price, the quality of the material is poor and the construction is substandard. One of the pairs of pants was cut on such a bias that the crease on one of the pant legs was almost 2 inches off from center. Once again, I contacted Bonobos and they refused to refund my money again--which I have since found out is illegal.
I still had a credit and I purchased 2 of their Pima performance Tees, which are of poor quality.
There is nothing good about this company--this includes the customer service, the company policies, and most of all the quality of their products. I highly recommend that you avoid this company and their products--the only thing that they are good at is their marketing.

Customer service is good. The quality of their products has declined substantially. Shame because they used to be great!

Bad, bad, and worse....garbage clothing

Bad, bad, bad. The clothing has gotten so cheap and is so overpriced. But even worse is their customer service. If you are going to spend your hard earned money on clothes, do not buy Bonobos clothing if you care about quality, and fit. I also think I heard their clothing is loaded in PFAS. Dangerous.

Do not buy anything from them

Do not buy anything from them. They appear to be reputable from the front end (website, retails store locations, marketing) but generally the products are somewhat sub par for the prices. Also there sizes on their fits are totally inconsistent; a tailored 29 can be a slim fit 31 on another pant with the same description. If you decide to buy DO NOT BUY FINAL SALES as the probabillity of the sizing being off is like most absolute. I will do more resreach on their supply chain but I have a feeling it’s not as high end as they try to portray.

Worst quality ever

Atrocious quality, pants started to show pilling on pants after literally 1 day (!!!) of wearing! 1 day! Went back to the store to return that piece of garbage immediately. The worst quality I've ever seen.

Wish I had read the reviews first…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Sadly, the reviews about poor, non-existent customer service are true. I am struggling to get a refund. Emails have not been returned. There is no chat function or phone humber. I will never order from them again.

Why no customer service?…

For years I have been happy with Bonobos. Unfortunately, they no longer have customer service. Just received an order that has to be returned. There was a problem dealing with it on line, and just a recording when I call customer service. They say use the "chat box" on their web page. There is no chat box. I just received a message that they are sending me another pair of the pants that I want to return!! Now I have two pairs of pants to return. Didn't realize that Walmart has taken them over. Sadly, I'll not be ordering from Bonobos again. Was one of the few places that carried a large selection of small sizes. I guess all good things come to an end.

Bonobos has the worst customer service

Bonobos has the worst customer service. We ordered a digital gift card for our son’s birthday. Their site states that the gift card will be sent same day. It’s now 4 days later and no card was sent. We not only missed having a gift for our son’s birthday but haven’t been able to speak to anyone about the delay either through email, phone or text!!!! They DID charge our credit card which I will attempt to cancel the sale. I will NEVER do business with them again! Terrible buisness practice
