I have been ordering hair units from a certain provider for several years, and recently, I have faced a very frustrating situation. I ordered two units with their technician at the beginning of the year, and they took too long to arrive. I ordered them in advance of my trip to ensure I could cut one and wear it beforehand. The two units I received were of different qualities. I communicated this multiple times and sent numerous photos and videos to show the discrepancies, but the technician insisted the quality was the same. After a month of using one, it lost a lot of hair, and only then did the technician agree to take it back for quality inspection. I sent it back and kept asking for updates for months until I finally heard back that they would send a new one, which would take 8 weeks to arrive. After those 8 weeks, I reached out for an update, but my messages went unanswered until they saw my review. I urgently need a replacement as the unit I'm using now has also lost a lot of hair. I feel like I have to keep following up, which feels like begging. I paid for the unit and have not received a replacement for the one I returned. After 12 weeks, I received the new unit, which was completely different from what I usually order. It had less grey hair than requested, and the texture was not what I expected. I am very disappointed as it seems they disregard requests and lose track of orders. I've lost trust in this company and won't order from them again. I also can't recommend them due to their unprofessional service and quality.
