I have been ordering hair units from a certain provider for several years, and recently, I have faced a very frustrating situation. I ordered two units with their technician at the beginning of the year, and they took too long to arrive. I ordered them in advance of my trip to ensure I could cut one and wear it beforehand. The two units I received were of different qualities. I communicated this multiple times and sent numerous photos and videos to show the discrepancies, but the technician insisted the quality was the same. After a month of using one, it lost a lot of hair, and only then did the technician agree to take it back for quality inspection. I sent it back and kept asking for updates for months until I finally heard back that they would send a new one, which would take 8 weeks to arrive. After those 8 weeks, I reached out for an update, but my messages went unanswered until they saw my review. I urgently need a replacement as the unit I'm using now has also lost a lot of hair. I feel like I have to keep following up, which feels like begging. I paid for the unit and have not received a replacement for the one I returned. After 12 weeks, I received the new unit, which was completely different from what I usually order. It had less grey hair than requested, and the texture was not what I expected. I am very disappointed as it seems they disregard requests and lose track of orders. I've lost trust in this company and won't order from them again. I also can't recommend them due to their unprofessional service and quality.
I don't believe the staff here are serious. I have been interested in their products since 2021, but have had no success. I dealt with a representative who showed a lack of interest in helping, which is detrimental to the business. She assumed I wasn't a wholesale buyer based on her own assumptions. Moving forward, I will remove this provider from my list, thanks to this specific representative.
Initially, I purchased two virgin hair systems. The transaction was straightforward, and I received the items quickly. However, upon arrival, they turned out to be only 70 to 80% density. After complaining, I was told to return them at my own expense for an exchange. I kept one out of necessity. A strand test showed it was virgin hair, but when cut, it had an excessive root lift and was unwearable. The new system arrived with the correct density, but the test strand only decolored with bleach, revealing it was colored and not virgin hair. I feel completely ripped off and do not trust this provider.
I ordered a system with 80% density but received one that was nearly unwearable due to lack of hair. Moreover, the customer service showed no interest in resolving the issue, leaving me out of pocket. I have never encountered such low-quality products and such unresponsive customer service. Be cautious.
This provider is excellent, offering good service and fantastic products. I have ordered a specific hair system for my husband multiple times, and he loves the hair so much. He truly looks younger with this perfect hair. We will continue to order from this provider. Thank you for the great customer care.
