Package has gone missing. Was shown as delivered but was nowhere to be found. BonPrix provided a delivery note, but that is all the support I have had. The courier company was Seur, and they have been equally unhelpful. Have ordered a number of items previously, and never had any problem and any items returned have been credited promptly with no issues. So disappointing.Update 31/10/2025.... BonPrix contacted me immediately after posting this review and asked for further details so they could investigate further - excellent customer service, and today, without any response or notification from Seur, my parcel arrived! Whether this was in response to my report to them about the lost parcel I don't know, but all has been happily resolved. My faith has been restored!
